This blog contains stories about my personal successes and failures with exercise and Type 1 Diabetes, as well as recipes and other tips to live a healthy and active lifestyle while being diabetic. All of my stories are my opinion and reflect how I choose to live my life with this disease. They do not reflect opinions of specific diabetic organizations or anyone else.
